Market leading logistics company seeks a customer focused candidate with a professional approach to work, experience essential with a strong bias to offshore shipments and diligent in attention to detail throughout.

Main duties will include.

- Responsible for processing all customer bookings in an accurate and timely manner utilising various systems.
- Strong freight operational knowledge ideally hazardous aware.
- KPI management.
- Producing reports on stock left in warehouse.
- Managing customer key accounts.
- Team focused with the ability to work in a busy operations department is vital.
- Responsible for ensuring collection, shipment, delivery procedure meets every customer’s individual requirements.
- Dealing with customer queries on a day to day basis, problem solving and dealing with enquires in order to ensure smooth running of the department.
- Responsible for ensuring data is correctly entered onto company system.
- Tracking shipments and deliveries to monitor timescale of delivery.
- Compiling and completing trailer manifests.
- Printing delivery documents and recording and scanning client paperwork.
- Liaising and sending information to customers regarding shipments, including ETA’s, late/cancelled shipment information.
- Responsible for the export and Import operational cycle for sea and road.
- Providing an excellent customer service to clients, from completion of bookings, updating and following up to ensure customer satisfaction and future requirements.
