An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Risk/Compliance Manager to join the team at this company. The role will consist of the following;
- Managing the disaster recovery programme:
o Documenting disaster recovery plans for applicable infrastructure and performing regular reviews to ensure that documents are kept up-to-date
o Managing the test calendar and working closely with Operations to ensure that tests are carried out in accordance with the calendar and agreed methodologies
o Working closely with various teams including Products and Security to assess impact of changes on the disaster recovery programme
o Managing disaster recovery questionnaires received from customers and participation onsite assessments carried out by customers; collating and delivering response in a timely manner
o Raising awareness of the disaster recovery programme
- Possibly supporting other Risk Managers with year-end compliance audits such as PCI DSS and SOC reporting
- Building strong working relationships to deliver on agreed objectives
- Developing a strong working relationship with internal tams and industry groups to be able to deliver on
Qualifications:
- Degree level education (or equivalent) and/or CISA
- Team player who can work in a dynamic environment
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong report writing and presentation skills
- At least 5 years’ experience of 1 or more of the following:◦Disaster recovery planning
o IT/Compliance audits
o Project management
o Experience gained in IT Operations, Security or Internal audit. Experience in payment card industry will be beneficial
