This organisation is hiring for a Revenue Control Supervisor on behalf of their client in London.

Position Objective
This role will be partly managerial but largely revenue control with the responsibility of managing a team of revenue controllers. The role will also require allocating/dealing with the day to day working capital within practice groups and providing a revenue service including time/WIP management, billing and detailed transactional reporting.

Position Expectations
Responsibilities include
- Manage appointed team and workloads to ensure best practice, efficiencies and effectiveness achieved per client satisfaction.
- Actively work with all stakeholders to ensure Team meets monthly, billing and quarterly cash and lock up targets and other key Finance metrics, communicating progress and results to Team Leaders.
- Manage staff in accordance with policies and procedures, including formal bi-annual reviews, leave and absence management processes.
- Team to be regularly informed of current issues and developments giving clear guidance, coaching and support as required.
- Ensure work is allocated across the team in a manner that is consistent with the capacity and capability of each team member.
- Ensure each team member has a personal development plan to enhance their knowledge and prepare them for career progression opportunities.
- Work with Capital Manager to ensure best practice followed and feedback on any relevant issues
- Focus on complex working capital issues and tasks.
- Work closely with Professional Services Practice Group Finance Managers as appropriate.
- Supporting the business in relation to on-line Paperless pre-bill processing including training and floor-walking.
- Ensure all billing queries are addressed promptly and resolved efficiently.
- Play an active role in all Credit Control activities and direct the Revenue Team as appropriate.
- Manage and maintain the relationship between Working Capital & the rest of the Finance teams.
- Ensure the team regular report and chase on working at risk matters
- Maintaining professional regulatory standards and knowledge, e.g. UK VAT
- Manage volume discounts and rebates.
- Undertaking of any other duties as required by Group Managers, Team Leaders, Senior Finance Managers and Capital Manager.

Personal Success Characteristics
- Proactive, enthusiastic, ability to manage a team, able to influence partners, ability to learn quickly and operate in a rapidly evolving organization.
- Knowledge of Elite systems preferred.
- Experience of working with and advising senior management.
- Professional services background desirable

Previous experience essential
- Managerial experience

Hours of Work:
37.5 hours per week Monday-Friday

Salary c£50,000 (negotiable)
