Contract: Permanent, Full-time (40 - 45 hours)
Initial Base Salary: £20,800 - £23,400 (salary reviewed after 6 months) + Bonus + Staff Discount + Training & Career Development

They are looking to hire an experienced Retail Professional to join their new store opening in Kelso.

As store manager you will be deliver great face-to-face customer service on a daily basis, work towards, and exceed sales targets and KPIs and managing stock (stock control).

Managing a small team, it will be your responsibility to motivate, and develop your direct reports.

Working alongside the area manager, you’ll drive in-store business, spot opportunities to increase sales and ultimately make sure every customer leaves the shop happy.

To help you “hit the ground running” they will arrange for you to attend their specialised, in-house training programme at their training centre in Edinburgh, Scotland, prior to starting in store.

Applicants must be available to attend this training course in Edinburgh for 8 days across 2 weeks, and be 18 years old or older.
