This long-established and successful family run home furnishings retailer has an exciting opportunity for a small departments sales assistant on a permanent full-time basis.
They are looking for a positive and bright person to join their established sales team who will thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You will enjoy working with people, be passionate about customer service and importantly have a good sense of humour! You will be required to work in all home accessory departments and therefore we are looking for someone who is versatile and loves variety!
Ideally, you will have retail sales experience, have an interest in home furnishings, be adaptable to work within different environments such as shop floor and warehouse, able to provide customers with exceptional service and go the extra mile of carrying heavy and large items to customers vehicles. This is a fast-paced environment and therefore requires a quick learner who can work as part of a team and independently if required.
Hours of Work:
You will be provided with an excellent work-life balance. They do not trade late nights and the current opening hours are Monday to Friday 9.00-5.30pm, Saturday 9.00-6.00pm and Sunday 11-5 pm. Weekend cover is on rotation.
Based in Waltham Cross, they are easily accessible being so close to the M25 and major train connections, with free on-site parking for all staff.
