They would like to hear from Chartered or Associate RICS professionals preferably with a background in Building Surveying although not essential.
You will be experienced in conducting Building Surveys, writing Home Buyer Reports and confident in conducting red book valuations preferably with at least 2 years experience.
There is an opportunity to progress within the company at this exciting time and they will be looking for people able to step into senior positions within the business.
At least 2 years experience in either a Surveying or valuation role within a commercial or preferably Residential environment.
You MUST be either Chartered or Associate RICS and a registered valuer.
