£20,000 - £24000 (pro rata for part-time) + £33 sleepover payments.
This independent residential child care home is expanding their care team and are looking to recruit Part -Time (18 hours) Residential Child Care Workers to join the dedicated team located in Inverkeithing.
Their aims are to provide their young people with a safe, caring and nurturing environment which helps overcome any difficulties they may have encountered and give them the best possible opportunities for healthy physical, intellectual, social and emotional development. They have a child-centered approach and are passionate about giving their young people an environment in which they feel safe, nurtured and listened to.
This role is to facilitate their young people to move on and live their lives to their fullest potential. To be considered for this exciting role, it is essential that candidates hold:
- Experience in a similar role
- A Full UK driving licence
It is desirable that candidates have achieved:
- SVQ3 in Health & Social Care (Children & Young People) or equivalent
- HNC in Social Care or equivalent
Candidates who do not hold any formal qualifications must be prepared to study towards these in line with the registration requirements of the SSSC.
A flexible approach is required and from time to time may include sleepover duties, to ensure we can deliver the best possible care for their young people.
