Within this role you will be leading a team of two to provide first line IT application support, you will be the point of contact for their customer on site for incident escalation.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Direct line management of a team of two, coordinating and assigning work to maintain system availability.
- Escalation management between IT and client
- Resolve and identify issues with the warehouse management and material flow systems, including route causes.
This role is shift based.
To be successful in your application for this role you will have a qualification in computer science or IT engineering, you will be a proficient communicator and have experience with SQL databases and Java or other object orientated programming languages. You will have experience of leading a team.
You will be an excellent problem solver, have the ability to collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
