This independent research and testing organisation has a recurring 12 month Industrial Placement available within their Research Department that provides an opportunity for a Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry or Materials Science undergraduate to gain valuable work experience.
This role will involve being part of the Research team undertaking a wide range of general research duties including assisting with authorised project work, and producing detailed reports.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, have some previous Laboratory testing experience, and be able to work accurately to a set procedure or standard which may be time critical.
Please note that the successful candidate will spend some of their time working in a climate chamber which includes temperatures below zero or very hot temperatures.
