Do you want to become a part of a growing, friendly and proactive Helpdesk team? Working in the city centre of Nottingham in their stylish and light office, with access to tram, bus and train links.

Working for an award-winning retail technology company who provide IT support to high end Retailers and Hospitality with clients such as Ted Baker, Starbucks, Pizza Hut, Vue Cinemas and many more.

What will they ask you to do?

The role will require you to work Monday – Saturday covering 40 hours over 5 days. The role is based within our Helpdesk providing support for client emails and our weekly reporting requirements for our Helpdesk management team, occasionally providing holiday support for their Reporting Analyst.

A good eye for detail is vital as you will be maintaining the integrity of the data, we store for our clients thus ensuring all their SLA’s are achieved. A proactive approach to highlight any potential concerns or trends to our management team.

Additionally, you will be required to support our inbound emails from their clients, you will need to ensure they are managed, distributed and logged correctly and assigned to the relevant client or/and 3rd parties within our SLA’s. Training and support will be provided.

- Experience of using Jira or/and Tableau advantageous
- Experience of Microsoft Office predominately Excel and Outlook
