As a Registration Administrator you will work with a small skilful software development team responding to customer requests for technical help and assistance with their registration application.

The Company’s customers span the globe and good communication skills and a common sense approach are essential to keep the process running smoothly.

Person Specification:

- Computer literate (HTML, CSS)
- Quick learner organised and with great attention to detail.
- Professional - be responsible, accountable and delivering to promises
- Proactive - be motivated and innovative
- Enthusiastic, and able to pick up new skills quickly
- Problem solver and provide well thought through solutions
- Communicate very well in English, both written and verbal
- Friendly - be welcoming, customer-focused and respectful

Responsibilities:

- Creating new users into registries, accurately and following the authorisation trail.
- Attending phone queries and resolved with excellent customer service skills.
- Update documentation as required.

Additional Info: The Company is looking for the Registration Administrator to work in their Henley on Thames office. This is a flexible role and means you could be working on a part time or full time basis to suit you and has all the benefits of working in a small, friendly office.
