This care agency is looking for a manager to take the lead on growing their existing branch providing domiciliary care in the London Borough of Brent. They are looking for a manager who is highly motivated, dedicated and who has that difference.

A registered manager is someone who is passionate, dedicated, driven, and ambitious and has a clear focus on establishing and growing the branch. You will likely already be a successful registered manager with a strong track record and know the stakeholders in your community well.
The successful Manager will have:
- Minimum Level 3 in Health and Social Care and willingness to work towards Diploma Level 5 for Care Managers or equivalent.
- Relevant experience in Domiciliary Care.
- Working knowledge of care standards, regulations and relevant legislation
- Experience of managing employees with appropriate knowledge of legislation and HR.
