A growing UK Hearing Healthcare Company, is expanding its operations and is looking for several Regional Managers in S. WALES, SW ENGLAND and MIDLANDS to drive this expansion

The company is based in the North of England and they are looking to further expand their business and increase their sales force across the UK. The successful candidate will be joining a company with a strong team ethic, providing excellent customer service and high quality products, which creates a an enjoyable environment to work in.

About The Position

This is an exciting position for a hard-working and ambitious manager with the desire to make a huge impact within a business, with strong growth prospects in the UK.

You will report to the Managing Director and be responsible for:

- Jointly developing a business plan and strategy for expanding the company's sales in your region.
- Building and managing a Sales team of professionally qualified individuals.
- Managing key customer relationships
- Reporting on sales KPIs 
- Preparing reports, and forecasts.
- Achieving your region's sales targets.
- Championing customer care and ensuring the highest level of customer retention.
- Communicating best practice and initiatives to the sales team.
- Managing the sales team to ensure KPI's are met.

About You:

- You will be able to demonstrate a personal track record of hitting targets and delivering successful and profitable results.
- You will have a proven track record of working within a Retail, Health or B2B sales function.
- You MUST HAVE a proven track record of managing, coaching, recruiting and hiring excellent sales people
- You will have practical sales experience.
- You will have good numeric ability.
- A can-do attitude and a passion for sales are essential. You must be confident presenting to people at all levels including senior management.
- You will be articulate and have excellent persuasive and interpersonal skills
- You will be organised, and a good time and project manager
- You will have excellent motivational skills

Salary and Benefits:

- £40k to £45k basic dependent on experience.
- Commission based upon achieving sales targets with potential OTE of £60/65k.
- 25 days holiday, Company car and travel expenses.
