This company is a leading provider of Recruitment systems across Europe. With offices in London, Rotterdam and Paris.
You will need to meet with clients following the deployment of their recruitment system. This is a customer facing role that may require some travel within the UK.
You will act as a reference for clients and internal staff to show them how to get the best out of the system, and be a key point of contact for clients who want to expand their use of their platform. You will liaise with the technical support team and sales teams to ensure these teams are aware of key information about your clients.

Project Manager: you’ll manage client expectations and capture their requirements, using your organisations skills to ensure their system is developed to meet client needs.
Consultant: You will act as a partner to the client, using your knowledge and experience of similar projects to help them use their system to fit their business needs.
Account Manager: You will manage the client relationship. You will use your customer facing skills and act as the ‘bridge’ between the client and the business, feeding back client requirements so they can formulate their future roadmap.
The salary is between £40k to £45k. They are a motivated team based in Paris and London looking to add a similarly motivated individual. You will be trained on their product and your salary will reflect your experience and skillset. It is important to them to hire the right person who will flourish and develop themselves professionally
The role is based near London Liverpool Street station, there will be some travel involved primarily to UK and Irish destinations.
