This company, a leading cloud platform for HR process digitisation, is the leader in its field and offers companies the flexibility to optimise their HR management over the Internet.

They are looking for an Account Manager to drive customer engagement with their AMRIS Applicant Tracking System and increase customer satisfaction at every level from HR Director and Executive sponsor to the system user. You will manage and develop customer relationships.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain in depth knowledge of assigned accounts and the recruitment processes and strategy within them
- Provide a level of training and assistance for clients when their requirements exceed that provided by the technical support team.
- Provide clients with strategic assistance using their tools to solve key business needs.
- Maintain and build strong relationships with key stakeholders at each account
- Conduct regular formal account reviews (in person or via conference call) with senior stakeholders in each account
- Research accounts to identify structure, practices, challenges and requirements.
- Identify and review on a regular basis high risk customers and key actions required to ensure client retention.
- Act as the point of commercial escalation for any relevant commercial issues
- Work with sales to identify upselling opportunities.
- Work with customer and other departments in the business to ensure good governance; to include documented change management, up to date legal/contract information and timely renewal management.
- Ensure that SalesForce records are kept up to date with information about corporate accounts and activities
- Create, implement and manage an account strategy for each account to capitalise on revenue growth opportunities
- Identify and qualify growth opportunities for existing clients.
- Review the scope of customer service requests, agreeing related costs and delivery timeframes
- Deliver excellent customer satisfaction

Requirements and the individual
- Experience in Account Management
- Experience working with senior business leaders
- Must be able to manage competing demands, while being extremely adaptable and flexible
- Highly detail oriented and ability to multi-task and manage multiple deadline oriented projects
- Skilled in negotiation, judgment and decision-making
- Strong follow through and customer service orientation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of applications
