This company is one of the world’s leading suppliers of high-quality static storage solutions and automated material handling systems. They are growing and they are looking to expand our team.

Due to the continued growth of the organisation, they are looking for a Recruitment/HR Administrator to work within their department in Pury Hill, near Towcester.

The Recruitment/HR Administrator role will be focused on providing a comprehensive support service sourcing candidates, screening, arranging interviews, arranging testing, coordinating job descriptions, right to work in UK, Authorisation to Recruit forms completed and ensuring all correct documents are present and submitted before an offer is made.

The Recruitment/HR Administrator will also provide support for other administration duties to the HR function, you may be asked to undertake small projects.

To be successful within the role you should be professional, robust, articulate and self-motivated, able to work on your own initiative especially under pressure.

You will have intermediate level knowledge of Excel and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, previous experience in a similar role is essential.

Occasional travel may be required to other RM sites maybe required, you will have access to a pool car.

Your office hours will be:
Monday - Thursday 08.30-16.45
Friday - 08.30-15.30
