This employer is an independent software and technology consultancy who have clients in the public and private sector. They pride themselves on their ability to deliver exciting new digital services for their clients, focusing on understanding their client’s business and work with them to deliver change that makes their business more effective. They support their clients with their strategy, technical design, user experience, software development and delivery into live service.

They are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join their recruitment function, to work together with internal recruiters to hire exceptional talent in both permanent and contract positions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively source suitable candidates for our roles, utilising internal databases, job boards, applications, and social media.
- Build a network with potential candidates and create a talent pool for future roles.
- Filter applications and communicate with candidates when required.
- Ensure data in our recruitment system is kept up to date, including adding candidate details, CV submissions and following the candidate journey through to completion.
- Prepare candidate’s CVs in preparation for client submission.
- Post job adverts and create advertising posts for social media and our own website.
- Prepare candidate interview details, arranging and booking into relevant calendars and ensuring interview materials are prepared.
- Sending code tests and managing responses when required.
- Assist with recruitment screening calls when required.
- Support with the graduate recruitment programme as required.
- Support the recruitment team with ad hoc duties as required.

Key Skills/Experience:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is essential
- Degree educated or equivalent experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with ever changing priorities
- You are motivated and driven and are able to build rapport with people
