This role is based at their Beeston Head Office with travel required, therefore a full driving licence and access to a car is essential.

The Role

You will be proactively promoting their recruitment services through identifying, engaging and securing new business via outbound sales calls, whilst developing and growing new business pipeline to meet monthly targets and maintain individual sales records and reports ensuring personal performance is in line with agreed KPI’s.

You will be growing a network of relevant candidates in order to cultivate long lasting relationships, managing responses to advertising, ensuring interview and employer feedback is sought and guidance given to applicants to improve performance.

You will actively engage with prospective and existing employers to identify opportunities to recruit apprenticeships and opportunities to up-skill existing employees within the business across the digital marketing, accountancy, customer service and business administration sectors.

The Individual

You will be highly motivated with an ability to secure new employer relationships. Experience of working in a similar role is desirable as identifying effective recruitment solutions that address employer needs will be crucial to success.

You will be a brand ambassador, passionate about who they are and what they do, promoting their recruitment offering, with an emphasis on providing a high quality recruitment service to employers and candidates.

Knowledge of the Apprenticeship reforms and experience of recruiting young people would be advantageous, but not essential as you will be expected to provide information, advice & guidance for learners in order to ensure a good quality recruitment service.
