For over 12 years, this business has specialised in sales services for their clients. The recruitment side to their business focuses on placing talented sales individuals from Telesales to Sales Directors.
They are looking for an ambitious and driven individual with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment to work from their brand new prestigious offices in Wigan.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing and placing candidates as well as developing client relationships and building a customer base.
You will be target driven and self-motivated with a proactive approach to generating new business.
This role is suited to someone looking to take a step up in their recruitment career with a view to heading up their own department.
Your role will involve:
- Writing adverts, posting on job boards
- Using their talent CRM and external CV search facilities to find and communicate with candidates
- Searching, head hunting and networking for suitable candidates
- Researching and contacting new potential clients and candidates
- Generating new business
- Developing and managing relationships with new and existing clients
- Negotiating terms of business
