OTE £70,000
This is an opportunity to join a specialist Trades and Labour Construction Recruitment Company based in London Bridge. They require an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to continue the success in this well established branch.
Duties will include:
- Manage day to day running of the office
- Maximising income and profit from a range of services
- Setting office and individual targets
- Managing the development of the team to fulfil their full potential
- Hiring and training new recruitment sales staff
- Ensuring business is compliant with current legislation
The successful candidate will have the following skills;
- Minimum of 3 years of running a construction agency as a manager or deputy manager
- Confident in winning new business
- Excellent ability to build rapport
- Highly motivated
- Hard working and focused
- Able to inspire and motivate a team
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
In return, they offer an excellent basic between £25K+ and realistic OTE of £70K
