This Global Company manufactures and distributes functional components to the furniture industry. This company is the undisputed dominant player in the UK - supplying product to more than 80% of all kitchen manufacturers. The brand is synonymous with high quality in product, innovation, service and expertise - their staff play a huge role in contributing to that image.

They are looking for someone to join their reception team. The candidate should be organised, methodical, professional and possess excellent telephone and communication skills. Experience of Administration within a Customer Service environment would also be advantageous as in the future this role will be expanded to encompass hosting customer visits to our showroom.

You will need to be very customer focused but also able to work on your own initiative. Previous relevant experience of working in Reception or Customer Service is preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel would be advantageous.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Answering the telephone
- Opening and sending out post.
- Sending out literature, statements and invoices.
- Maintaining the upkeep of our showroom & reception area & and ability to host customer visits.
- Seeing to customer’s refreshments on arrival and at lunchtime.
- Updating Statistics reports on Excel spreadsheets

The hours of work are 9.00am – 5.00 pm Monday –Thursday &
9.00am - 4.00pm on a Friday.
