Medium sized plumbing and mechanical company based in North Portsmouth, looking for an enthusiastic full time Receptionist / Administrative Assistant.

The Role
- First response to telephone enquiries.
- Receptionist meet and greet.
- Monitor company email address.
- Employee timesheet administration and control.
- Stationary / facility supplies monitor and replenishment.
- Assist Office Manager with various administrative duties.
- Supplier invoice entry onto our specialist software.

Requirements
- Professional, courteous attitude with good communication skills, the ability to multitask and to be able to work on your own initiative.
- Previous experience in this type of role.
- Ability to follow instructions from management and act professionally at all times.
- Computer skills / knowledge.
