Job Title: Receptionist/Administrator
Location: Bradford

To welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries. Direct visitors by maintaining employees and departments directories. To be compliant with the companies Health and Safety policy maintaining the visitors register; issuing visitor badges and co-ordinating deliveries.
To be smart, professional and polite at all times and set a high standard for the business.

Main Duties
- Meeting and greeting visitors.
- Receiving and transferring calls to the relevant department.
- Opening/distributing the post - normally arrives between 10am-12pm.
- To ensure all post is franked and ready for collection at 4pm.
Arranging couriers.
- To manage the meeting room diary and be responsible for booking meetings, ordering food from the canteen/external suppliers and drinks where applicable.
- Setting up the Boardroom ready for meetings.
- PA to Directors- (dealing with ad-hoc requests).
- Internal/External events organising.
- Ordering the Directors daily lunches.
- Keeping the reception area tidy.
- Managing multiple Purchase Ledger mailboxes i.e. printing all invoices and statements.
- To produce monthly supplier central payment remittances in advance to the credit dates.
- Assisting with Purchase Ledger duties.
- To carry out ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Skills
The successful applicant will be a well spoken, approachable, well presented person who can demonstrate the ability to work with little supervision, be self-motivated and offer a positive "can do" approach to their day.

Your role will be to be the first point of contact at all times providing a professional and helpful service to clients and staff.

Ideally you will have worked in a similar role previously and possess excellent customer service skills.

Working hours are Monday – Friday 830-5 with a one hour lunch break.
