A Receptionist/Optical Assistant is required to join this optical practice in South West London.
This is a demanding multi-tasking role in which you'll be responsible for providing a high level of support and patient care.
The role involves:
- Being the primary contact at reception
- Managing the appointment diary
- First point of contact at reception
- Assisting patients selecting spectacles
- Typing letters and reports
- Organising deliveries to patients and from suppliers
- Other administrative tasks
- Filing
You will need:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent organisation and multitasking skills
- High speed of learning
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Computer literacy
- Good telephone manner
This role is ideal for someone who wants to work in a small, experienced team, and develop their clinical understanding in optometry. Training will include attending courses.
