A very busy and friendly Solicitors Practice in Preston Lancashire is looking to recruit a Receptionist/Customer Services Adviser on a full time basis with office hours of 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday to Friday.
Salary is between £15,000 to £17,000 per annum depending on experience.
A pleasant and calm telephone manner is desirable but training will be provided. They are an open minded employer and career prospects will be available to all suitable candidates.
Duties will include:
- Speaking to customers on inbound telephone enquiries
- Taking relevant information from customers
- Liaising with third party external advisers
