This estate agency is looking to recruit a Receptionist/ Administrator for their Marble Arch office. The ideal candidate will have agency experience (handling legal documents and invoicing systems) excellent Microsoft Office and general secretarial skills, as well as an eye for detail and a friendly telephone manner.

Someone who can work with own initiative as well as be part of a team and is happy to be flexible giving support to other departments if required.

Permanent, full time position with immediate start.
Salary: circa £25,000 p/a depending on experience.

Job Specification

- Preparation of letters (valuations, instructions, memorandum of sales) and property particulars
- Making sure filing system is in order for all sales and rental properties & property particulars (i.e. copies of letters, EPCs, Land Registry Records, Terms of Business etc.)
- Keeping archive records and information retrieval for sales, lettings & management
- Obtain and chase up money laundering documents and keeping records
- Canvassing for both sales and lettings (this involves Land Registry searches, letter preparation+print, packing, franking )
- Download and upload of photos, floor plans, EPCs onto back office
- Chase up of photos and floor plans
- Newsletter preparation and send out
- Magazine advertising preparation and coordination
- Advert copies distribution to vendors and landlords
- Window cards for both sales and lettings
- Stationery orders
- Distribution of morning mail
- Mail franking
- Land Registry searches
- Sending out payover invoices and statements to landlords
- Preparation and print of sales lists
