This company is one of the UK’s leading Cellular Communications consultants providing design and build services for Macro, Micro and Indoor Cellular Solutions for all of the UK’s Mobile Operators.

This role will support the Commercial Manager in the following:
- To tender telecommunication site builds, manage variations, issue and agree final accounts
- To manage Acquisition and Design costs and support Acquisition Surveyors and Designers commercially throughout each project
- Manage supplier and sub contractor costs, purchase orders and variations
- General cost value analysis within the construction division
- Manage client valuations
- Pricing of mobile telecommunications sites
- Cost control throughout projects
- Identify and develop in conjunction with Senior Management, methods and procedures to improve service delivery and quality of the work
- Produce accurate financial targets and assist the Senior Management in delivering these targets
- Capture variations and issue Final Accounts for approval and liaise with client QS’s until agreed
- Reporting cost value analysis to senior management/Board
- Manage client expectations
- Keep Internal Database and reports up to date and produce reports for Senior Management

Desired skills
- Able to operate all relevant IT systems required to efficiently produce documents and manage contracts
- Valid driving license
- HNC or Higher Degree in Quantity Surveying or applicable qualifications
- Individual should work to exceed customer expectations

The hours will be 8:30am-5:00pm Monday to Friday.

Subject to experience, the successful candidates will be offered a competitive starting salary including the opportunity to join the company pension and bonus schemes.

Part of the role will be office based, the other part will include site visits around the UK
Local train station to the office is Blackwater and Camberley
