This company is looking for a Quantity Surveyor with experience in residential house building to carry out the following duties and to assist a team of junior QS staff with the following:
1. Sub-contractor payments
2. Sub-Contractor variations and remeasures
3. Sub-Contractor package production, tendering and negotiation
4.Material take offs, tenders and procurement
5. Services procurement
6. Technical co-ordination
7. Plant and equipment ordering
The following are minimum requirements for the role:
1. BSc or HND in Quantity Surveying
2. Good academics
3. At least 5 years’ experience working for a medium sized Building Contractor or Housebuilder
4. Full proficiency in Excel/Word
