You will be expected to perform testing and inspection activities of the products at various stages, ensuring quality standards are met.
Duties will include:
- Carrying out visual and dimensional inspection equipment
- Component and Material inspections
- Take part in continuous improvement initiatives
- Initiate and take responsibility of non-conformance reports
- Take part in Quality investigations, provide input to corrective actions, rework, problem solving, and process improvements
- Carry out tasks in the Glovia ERP system
Qualifications and Experience needed
- Diploma or equivalent or relevant work experience.
- Previous experience of product inspection in an audited manufacturing environment. Aerospace experience is desirable.
- Demonstrable expertise in inspection methods
- Demonstrable experience in the use of standard inspection tools
- To have strong problem solving skills with the ability to implement corrective action
- Attention to detail.
