This is an opportunity to join a Pension Specialist based in Rochester. This company was established early in 2009 and has grown significantly and consistently, revolutionising the pension release & transfer industry.

Due to the recent growth and significant success which has already been delivered, they now seek a Quality Control Administrator to join the Administration team.

Responsibilities include;
- Ensuring all work produced by the firm is compatible and compliant with FCA rules.
- To do this they are particularly responsible for:

- Checking summaries
- Checking reports
- Checking option letters
- Checking post sale option letters
- Checking calculations
- Performing file reviews
- Performing tasks set by the Compliance Technical Team Leader/Head of Compliance as and when required

This position is ideal for someone with good analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent command of English and proficient in Mathematics.

The successful candidate must be proficient in MS Excel and have a good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages. They will have a good eye for detail, be methodical in their approach to work and have the ability to work to deadlines within a team environment. They should be dynamic and self-motivated, and possess strong communication skills.

Experience with an Independent Financial Adviser or a similar Administration Role would be beneficial but not essential as full training will be given. Working hours are 37.5 hours per week between 8am and 6pm.

On top of Salary there will be a monthly bonus up to £375 dependant on performance.
