Job Role
Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager your role will require you to monitor the quality of calls for two teams in line with regulation and business requirements.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Auditing calls performed by the SIP3 and meeting of creditors team ensuring documentation is completed and recorded correctly
- Identifying any compliance/regulatory risks are identified and fed back to the managers as and where necessary
- Actively participating in call leveling sessions on a monthly basis
Looking for people with the following skills;
- Experience of working in the insolvency industry
- Call monitoring experience is an advantage but not a requirement
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Ability to work within a team culture
- Ability to communicate effectively and provide constructive feedback
