This is a forward thinking, family run lifting equipment engineering company with over 70 years industry experience. They have built a strong reputation within the industry over the years and that is built on the fantastic team they have.

More than half of the workforce has been with them more than 10 years, which indicates the positive working environment they have and the career and development opportunities afforded to the right candidates.

The primary role for the lifting equipment engineer is to ensure that their clients equipment is safe to use and well maintained. Each day will be different as they serve clients across a whole range of industries. Inspection and load testing are the main tasks to be carried out both on and off site, inlcuding use of their 200t tensile test beds.

There are opportunities to forge a career down various paths depending on interest and capabilities, including inspection and testing, NDT, offshore work, heavy lift and lift plans.

Must be qualified to LEEA or equivalent standard and hold experience within the industry. They are looking for someone who is hard working and determined to both see the job through to completion and develop personally and professionally.

They are looking for someone who is a team player, but has the necessary drive and initiative to work alone. The ability to take responsibility for their actions and workload are also essential attributes for the role.

£10-13.50ph depending on skills, qualifications and experience. There are also extensive overtime opportunities available which they would expect to be taken.

25 days holiday plus peoples pension enrollment.

Based from our head office in Hull, although the expectation is that the place of work will vary as per client demand.
