At this accountancy firm, they offer a full range of Accounting and Taxation support from their West Molesey offices. They are currently looking for a full-time Qualified Accountant with a minimum of three to five years of experience within the field.

You will be a part of a small practice team to assist the director. They use different accounting programs such as QuickBooks, Xero, Kashflow, and Receipt Bank. They will provide training and make sure that all of their staff are certified in the software they offer.

Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Annual Statutory and Management Accounts from client's computerised records
- Prepare and file year end accounts for Sole Traders, Limited Companies, and Partnerships including preparation of tax computations
- Preparation of general bookkeeping, Bank reconciliations, VAT returns, CIS returns with the use of Quickbooks/Xero and Kashflow
- Liaising with HMRC on behalf of client
- Meeting and answering all enquiries made by clients, including year end queries
- Meeting with prospective clients
- Assigning, reviewing and approving tasks for junior and trainee accountants, and managing workloads and deadline
- Prepared to travel to client sites/offices to assist with VAT or year end work.

About the person:
- Previous experience with QuickBooks Online/Desktop, Xero and Excel.
- ICAEW, ACCA, AAT or (ATT).
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Available to help other colleagues when required.
- Be a confident communicator and self-motivated.
- Be well organised and have a strong attention to details.
- Work well under pressure, completing tasks and meeting deadlines.
