This long established manufacturing company is seeking to recruit a self-motivated, conscientious and committed individual. The successful candidate must have excellent leadership skills and demonstrate a do it now & can-do approach. They will oversee an extremely busy Quality Control department with direct responsibility for a team of quality inspectors. The roles primary responsibility is to ensure we deliver goods to their customer on-time and within both the company and their customers quality specifications.
Experience in a Quality orientated role is not a mandatory requirement, however having a proven track record in leadership and team working are essential. Strong organisation skills are also key for this role.
You will be based in their Aberdeen Workshop, reporting to the Quality Manager.
