This Eco-Energy company has an exciting opportunity for a PV Install Leader to lead the installation of Solar PV systems and provide sustainable and energy efficient solutions for domestic and commercial clients. The role will be working closely with the sales and project teams. The successful applicant will have broad experience in installing solar PV systems.

The position is based from their HQ at Poundbury, Dorchester in beautiful Dorset.
Responsibilities of the Install Leader:
- Project management of Solar PV installations
- Leading small team of installers
- Carrying out technical site surveys
- Establish feasibility of renewable energy installations
- Design of physical layouts
- Specifying and sizing components and parts
- Purchasing equipment and dealing with suppliers
- Technical support to other team members
- Liaison with commercial and domestic customers
Experience required by the Installation Manager:
- Solar PV installation on both domestic and commercial properties
- Great communication & organisational skills
- Enthusiasm, can do attitude and a great personality
- Flexible working hours, including weekends and be willing to travel is imperative
- Full driving license is required
- Ability to self-motivate
- Able to work well as a team & on own initiative
