An opportunity has arisen for a Purchasing Administrator to work alongside the Purchasing and Stock Control Team for this UK leading trade only Security Products Wholesaler.

Operating from their Birmingham branch in Tyseley, they are the largest distributor of Security and related products in the UK and Eire.

Duties will include:
- Proactive and Reactive Chasing of Purchase Orders with Suppliers
- Carry out Inter Branch Transfers to support the companies Trade Counters in London, Birmingham and Manchester
- Liaising with over 270 Suppliers to provide their Staff with Lead Times for any Out of Stock or Overdue products
- Liaising with the Accounts and Goods In departments to resolve Invoice and Delivery queries with Suppliers
- Updating and maintaining the Product and Pricing details for in excess of 25,000 lines within the companies ERP system
- Loading New Products

The candidate should possess good IT skills, using Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word, along with a pleasant Telephone Manner and a willingness to deliver excellent Customer Service.

Full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
