Business / Sales Administration Manager - £24k to £30k / annum

The Role:

A hands-on leader of a very busy and dynamic purchasing, sales and administration "hub", key daily responsibilities include:

1. Managing the back-office functions of a £30 million+ annual turnover purchasing, sales and administration function.

2. Processing orders, conducting the necessary internal and external data and other checks

3. Logistics planning - daily customer collections in line with daily volume requirements

4. Managing field-based team schedules

5. Planning and managing vehicle logistics in line with cash-flow and space requirements

6. Organising full transaction records in line with company and legal requirements

7. Ensuring that administration and logistics efficiencies are controlled and maximised

8. Ensuring continual administration and logistics process evolution and implementation

The Candidate:

The right candidate must be able to demonstrate a proven successful track record in a fast-paced administration / logistics leadership role. Efficiency KPI-focused, the prime objective is to engineer and re-engineer processes to ensure delivery of a very fast, almost effortless, end to end service experience and transaction for the consumer.

Hours:

Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm; every other Saturday 10 am to 5 pm
