The company is a market leader in the design and implementation of ground and water remediation solutions for land restoration. Their applied technologies for contaminated soil and water treatment, together with an expert waste management capability, delivers measurable, cost and programme benefits for all their Clients.

You will be responsible for the day to day bookkeeping in the finance function and will report directly to the Head of Finance

- Maintaining the company's Purchase Ledger including:
- Processing invoices
- Preparing supplier payment runs and reconciling supplier statements
- Completing CIS returns
- Maintaining the company's sales ledger: sales invoices, chasing debts and proactively resolving queries
- Reconciliation of company credit card statement
- Posting of cash receipts and payments
- Performing general finance administration and support as allocated by the Assistant Accountant, Finance Manager or Directors
- Comply with company policies and procedures including Health & Safety in the workplace
- Undertake other duties as required

Experience
- At least 2 years experience within a similar role.
- IT Skills
- CIS return experience desirable
- Experienced in using SAGE
- Experienced in using SAGE Construct would be advantageous.

The ability to relocate to the new Walsall Head Office during the latter part of 2019 is essential.
