This company based in Marden is an internationally operating specialist for vehicle parts in the independent aftermarket. They have an exciting opportunity to join their reputable company working in the independent automotive aftermarket. They are looking for a talented and motivated individual to build their skills and develop a rewarding career within the finance team. They are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated and enthusiastic Purchase Ledger Clerk and to join their finance team.

The main duties of the job performed include:

- Posting stock and non-stock invoices onto SAP
- Reviewing the received not vouchered stock report
- Reconciling supplier statements and preparing the weekly/monthly pay run in multi-currency
- Allocation of payments
- Collating company credit card expenditure checking all user receipts
- Maintaining petty cash floats for all currencies
- Fleet management
- Other administration/ad hoc tasks

Essential skills include

- Time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong communications skills
- Strong organisation skills
- Good use of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook

Desirable skills
- Knowledge of SAP
- Working knowledge of a Finance department

Essential Qualifications
- 5 A-C grade GCSE’s

Desirable Qualifications-
- AAT Studier
