This is an opportunity to join a small property company working with clients in banking, planning, development and purchasing. They manage properties for their clients and provide a clear, consistent service to both landlords and tenants.
- Being the day to day contact for emergencies, escalating to engineers and repairmen as required.
- Checking all rent is paid each month and chasing.
- Chasing contractors for repairs, getting quotes etc.
- Ensuring all short let properties are at consistently high occupancy.
- Raising ground rent invoices and service charge invoices with their accountants.
- Creating service charge budgets.
- Ensuring all properties are inspected at regular intervals and appropriate records kept.
- Ensuring all let properties are consistently re-let on time with minimum void periods.
Two years' experience in property management is required.
