The largest private landlord based in Southampton is looking for a Property Manager for their large portfolio of properties. The property management services to a portfolio of over 350 properties of their own properties in and around the Southampton area.
It is essential that all applicants have good property management experience and live close to or within the Southampton area. It is also essential that applicants hold a full driving licence and have use of a car on a daily basis as the role involves visiting properties.
Duties will include:
- Booking and undertaking property visits to ensure that the property and grounds are in good order
- Arranging and monitoring general repairs
- Liaising with Directors, Contractors and Landlords
- Attendance at meetings
- Managing HMO licences
- Booking gas, electric and EPC certificates
- Provide excellent Customer Service
- Chase debtors through to Section 8 & 21
- Dealing with existing and new tenant enquiries
- Carrying out Check-ins and Check-outs
- Registering and returning of deposits
- Preparation of detailed inventories
- Administrative support
- Answering telephone enquiries from applicants
The position is full time working Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm and alternate Saturdays.
