Hours: Mon - Sat, 9:30- 17:30 (candidates will be required to work a five day week, when a Saturday is worked a lieu day will be given, candidates will work every other Saturday)

A well-established property company in Hayes (Middlesex) is looking for a hard working and enthusiastic Property Maintenance Coordinator to join their dynamic team. This is a varied, busy, fast paced role requiring candidates with great organisational, problem solving and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Dealing with Maintenance issues when they arrive
- Notifying Landlords of issues arising
- Arranging for works to be carried out as per landlord instructions
- Creating and recording notes on Job Sheets
- Liaising with tenants, landlord and contractor on a daily basis to ensuring all works are carried out
- Once works are done getting confirmation works are carried out and receiving invoices from the relevant contractor
- Managing Gas, electrical, Energy certificate renewals
- Arranging and carrying out property inspections
- Be able to multi task
- Be computer literate and be able to learn our lettings software
- Other lettings tasks that are required

To be considered for this role, experience working in the property industry is essential (e.g. property management, lettings administrator, admin negotiator). Please note candidates will need to have a full driving licence and own their own vehicle. Petrol allowance will be given.
