Property/Estate Agency Assistant Position
This firm of Edinburgh Solicitor Estate Agents are looking for an employee with some experience in the Edinburgh estate agency market to join their Davidsons Mains team.
The role will involve assisting the Property Manager in arranging property valuations, placing properties on the market for sale, and dealing with marketing, viewings, closing dates and related duties, including digital dictation on purchase and sale files, taking telephone calls, dealing with initial client enquiries, and greeting members of the public.
The firm has a professional and friendly office, and the role will suit applicants who pride themselves in providing a quality service and who enjoy working as part of a team.
They offer a salary related to experience along with the option to participate in their contributory staff pension scheme. Some experience of working in a firm of solicitors and dealing with the marketing of properties on the ESPC is required.
