A Part-Time Property Administrator / Inventory Clerk is required to join a highly regarded lettings and estate agency. The role will involve carrying out regular inspections, check-outs and inventories in homes around the greater Nottingham area using the latest video technology. Their client hires for attitude over qualifications so experience is not essential as full training will be given. You must, however, be able to demonstrate you can fulfill the key requirements of the role.

The role will include:
- Using the latest video technology to carry out property inspections and create property inventories
- Reporting and giving advice to the Property Management team
- Liaising with tenants and landlords
- Helping prospective tenants with their property search and arranging viewings
- General lettings and estate agency administration
- Keeping up to date with the latest relevant legislation

Key Requirements:
- Confident people person
- Excellent communication skills (face to face, in writing and on the phone)
- Attention to detail
- Computer literate including the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Takes pride in their work
- Full driving license and own transport (mileage paid at 35p a mile).

Hours: Two consecutive days a week between Monday and Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm (though we can be flexible) and every other Saturday morning 9.30am to 1.30pm. Three days a week Monday to Friday required during the initial training period and additional hours during busy times (typically the summer months).
