An opportunity has arisen for a Project Surveyors to work in the Design & Delivery Team based at Hendham Vale to help deliver the capital programme by providing a full range of professional construction related services.
The position requires excellent project management skills together with the ability to liaise effectively with contractors, residents, TA representatives and members of the Procure Plus procurement framework.
The successful candidate will be an excellent team player and be able to demonstrate a sound working knowledge of building construction, Building Regulations and planning applications.
You will be qualified to HND, HNC or equivalent, or a degree in a building construction related subject and ideally pursuing corporate membership of a recognised body such as the RICS or CIOB
