To provide engineering input at all levels of PIH operations, from proposal to project completion. Developing a comprehensive support structure so that manuals, maintenance procedures and systematic spare parts provision exist and are easily available to enable safe, efficient and reliable application of PIH systems. Adapting existing equipment designs to work on customer pipeline vessels. Supporting ongoing projects, assisting in set-up, troubleshooting and identifying improvements for future through visits to PIH sites worldwide and remotely from the Burnley Office.
Desired skills
- Engineering based Degree or equivalent HNC/HND 2:2 or above is essential
- Practical experience working with electrical and mechanical machines is desirable
- Working knowledge of 3D CAD, preferably Solidworks is desirable (training will be provided)
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Able to work independently and on own initiative
- Comfortable in a customer-facing situation and able to represent the company in all environments
- Excellent communication skills
