This is an opportunity to join fast growing, upwardly mobile technology business who are shaking the tree in the energy market. Their frankly brilliant, software and consultancy services enable businesses to become new suppliers in the energy market and deliver powerful analytics and business efficiency for existing players. They make joining and thriving in this complex, data driven sector as simple as possible. They demystify it for their clients, allowing them to develop their own business at pace and with confidence.

They know that all companies think they are unique but they feel they really have something a bit special. Whilst their competitors offer elements of what the market needs, they pretty much do it all! As a result, they have had major success in the past few years when their products have hit the market, far exceeding their expectations and that’s why they are on the lookout for new people to join their fast expanding team.

Their Project Managers run clients projects from start to finish. They are deliverers. They are small and growing fast, so the job is hands on. There will be pre planning, there will be firefighting, there will occasionally be ambiguity and you'd have to be comfortable working your way to a solution for all three scenarios. There are often lots of different routes to a great client offer and they rely on their PM's to see through the detail and come up with a plan, with milestones and key deliverables to ensure their internal and external clients have confidence in what they do.

You could be juggling five or six projects at a time. Its very varied and we do not over manage. You'd have the autonomy to get on with it and run the projects in your own way, working within regulatory guidelines and to a very broad model. You'd have to be an absolute self starter, a self manager and comfortable working in a smaller company where you get very little red tape, full responsibility and the authority to make things happen.
