This role includes a basic salary between £28K and £35K depending on skills and experience.

An established and growing digital agency based in central Manchester are searching for an ambitious Project Manager and Web Consultant to help them achieve their growth plans. If you live and breathe web design & development, relationship building and consultative sales, we want to talk to you.

Confident, enthusiastic and motivated, your objective will be to consult clients, design solutions and oversee project delivery across marketing websites, e-commerce sites, mobile applications, web applications and our own digital products.

PRIMARY ROLE OBJECTIVES —
- Nurturing client relationships — both leading proactively and pushing back when needed
- Leading projects by bringing together SEO, PPC, Content, Design and Development teams
- Consulting and advising clients — Including leading in-depth client discovery sessions
- Designing, planning and pitching new solutions to clients
- Helping to design and enforce project collaboration and delivery processes

WHAT WE THINK YOU NEED —
- Comprehensive knowledge of custom web design and development projects (both on open source and advanced frameworks)
- End to End Project Management experience on multiple projects
- A passion for client management and negotiation
- 4+ years in a digital producer or project manager role (with agency side experience)
- A confident, enthusiastic approach to consultative sales
- Proven experience winning new business and building relationships
- Excellent writing, speaking and presentation skills
