This is an opportunity to join a commercially focused Housing Consultancy business based in Warrington. They are people centred with a team of Project Management professionals with over 20 years combined housing development experience.
Responsibilities:
- To manage the delivery of housing projects across all tenures for their client organisations
- To work with development colleagues to ensure appropriate procedures are being followed in line with client expectations
- To manage risk and budget pro-actively on all development consultancy projects
- To manage internal and/or external consultants and contractors as required
- To lead and/or assist in the delivery of company services as required
- Build and maintain effective client relationships
Skills and Experience:
- Ability in and experience of the project management of housing projects to time and budget
- Experience of housing association development activity across a range of tenures
- Excellent written and verbal communications with internal and external parties
- Proficiency in financial appraisals for development projects
- Good understanding of, and experience in, risk management
- Knowledge of housing development issues for housing associations, developers and local authorities.
