They are looking for experienced Project Managers and Site Managers to join their team on upcoming projects in Liverpool and the surrounding Northern area.
Job description
The purpose of this role is to manage and oversee all projects from commencement to completion either at project management level or site management level.
Location: Northern England
Responsibilities and Duties include but are not limited to:
- Manage projects in line with the contract programme
- Complete projects to the agreed budget
- Complete projects to the agreed specification and quality
- Ensure projects are completed incident and injury free
- Ensure projects are completed without any environmental incidents
Qualifications
- Industry standard qualifications such as but not limited to SMSTS, HNC, HND, CSCS, First AidCivil Engineering or Project management
Skills and Aptitude
- Ability to communicate at all levels within the project
- Have a clear understanding of Project or Site Management
- Have the ability to motivate and encourage on site employees
- An awareness of current IT requirements
